All you need :
- 2 pcs chicken thigh - marinate with dashes of black pepper, salt and 1 Tbs dark soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic - chopped
- 4 Tbs black pepper sauce
- Marinate the chicken for about 3 - 4 hours before cooking
- Heat the wok with a little oil, saute the chopped garlic till aromatic
- Add in the marinated chicken and stirfry till chicken turns white
- Add 1/2 cup water and allow it to simmer over low heat for next 20 minutes
- When chicken is almost cooked, add the black pepper sauce and allow it to coat well the chicken for another 3 minutes
- Ready to Serve
